Epic fail! Having only a single door violates code in most jurisdictions and is a safety hazard.

IMPO, another entry/exit at the laundry would improve the design.

In my opinion, The bathroom should be built under the stairs. And the kitchen should create opposite zones. A bedroom that is too small can expand into the middle of the house. It is built with wooden slats that run all the way to the roof. And then put up curtains as well. The bedroom should be a private space that should not be revealed to anyone below.

I'll never understand the purpose of this Anglo-American architecture: Directly from outside (with dusty dirty shoes, wet coat and umbrella) directly onto the carpet of the most intimate living room - no entrance area, no hallway, no cloakroom to "arrive at first". But the rest of it: how cute !!

It's a nice house plan for building among tight space ares.I really love this plan.but It's suitable for two or three people to live in.atleast four.Is it possible to accommodate the visitors??

3 windows in the 2nd bedroom - that's not productive at all. A small table with a comfortable armchair would have been nice, and storage space for the upper walls. You should also think practically when you're designing a house.

I don't like those counter top windows in the kitchens I see in these designs lately. I need privacy! They will get filthy dirty from the kitchen sink, stove etc.

Cute, but in a few points not so useful: 1: Where is the entrance area? There isn't storage for daily used shoes, jackets and bags 2: the bedroom: I am sure at some point you will get crazy cause of that just little gap between the bed and the closet to put your laudry away or get your clothes. The big bed also makes the working space very small (personal oppinion) a single person can also sleep in a smaller bed. Everything else is really good ^^

The house is great, and it would be warmer if the doors were inside the house.
